The background of the service includes the low penetration of formal financial services and the potential of the local economy that has not been fully explored. The service method uses a participatory and inclusive approach, involving the community in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program. The results of the service show an increase in people's understanding of Islamic finance and their ability to manage finances effectively. The Islamic microfinance institutions that have been formed have provided sharia savings and microfinance services in accordance with local needs. However, this service faces challenges such as limited resources and community resistance. Dukuh Village is a fertile area for agriculture. Its area is divided into Rice Fields, Dry Land, Wet Land, Plantations, Public Facilities, and Forests with a total of 162.32 Ha. The majority of residents have commercial shops, especially small household needs shops. The main sectors in Dukuh Village are agriculture and animal husbandry. For innovation, they utilize horticultural agricultural products such as spinach for BOBOYUR or Boba vegetables. Entrepreneurs here often have difficulty applying for bank loans due to lack of knowledge about sharia banking. Using a qualitative approach, this community service collects data through in-depth interviews and participant observation to understand the financial needs of the community and the potential of local businesses. The results of community service show that there is an urgent need for financial access that is in accordance with sharia principles, especially in financing micro and small businesses. This research proposes the development of mudharabah and musyarakah- based financing products, as well as financial education programs to increase public literacy regarding sharia financial principles. This design is expected to not only meet the financial needs of the community, but also encourage local economic growth and empower community members. The findings from this research provide an important contribution to the development of LKMS models in rural areas, with a focus on sharia values and economic studies.
