The research method used is quantitative method. Data obtained from Google Forms. So this study set a sample of 127 people with probability sampling technique. To test the level of reliability using Croncbach's Alpha. With a significant level of 5%. The research used SPSS Version 24 tool. From the results of this study, it is seen partially with the t-test that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount of 3.782 &lt;1.657. Then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount of 3.225 &gt; 1.657 and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount of 3.155 &gt; ttable 1.657. In this case, there are several reasons that support the development of a business, including the potential for the creation and expansion of the workforce for the unemployed, to increase the income of the surrounding community, and to grow the skills possessed by the community. With the Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal business that implements business development strategies effectively and efficiently, it can make Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal's business able to empower independent communities by producing quality products that do not violate Islamic principles. The data processing method consists of qualitative analysis using an inductive approach. The sample in this study is the person in charge of the outlet, the service department, the production department. The results of this study are: The results of the study show that the Leuwiliang Terminal Outlet SuperKue Store is in a sell V position, namely hold and maintain or stabilization with a total score of internal strategic factors of 2.47 and a total score of external strategy (2.42). The strategies that are usually applied to cell V are market penetration and product development. The method used in this research is quantitative which is associative. The subjects of this research are customers who shop at Alfamart Raya Cibatok. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that (1) the significance value is 0.03 which is smaller (&lt;) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between price discounts and buying interest. (2) A significance value of 0.00 which is smaller (&lt;) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between product display and purchase intention. (3) A significance value of 0.00 which is smaller (&lt;) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between product quality and purchase intention. (4) Simultaneously FCount is 85.607 with a significance result of 0.000 and F table = F (k; n-k) </em><em>‎‎</em><em>= F = (3;97) = 2.70 results show that FCount is 85.607 greater (&gt;) than 2.70 and a sig value of 0.00 which is smaller (&lt;) than 0.05. This means that price discounts, product displays, and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase intention. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study were Bukalapak users in Pamijahan and Cibungbulang Districts. The sample used is using accidental sampling technique, amounting to 100 respondents. With the data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results of multiple regression analysis show that the information variable (X1) partially influences online purchasing decisions (Y) for Bukalapak application users in Pamijahan and Cibungbulang Districts in an Islamic Perspective. with a t-count value of 3.554 &gt; t-table of 1.98472 and a significant value of 0.001 &lt;0.05. And the gift giving variable (X2) partially influences online purchasing decisions (Y) with a t-count of 8.604 &gt; t-table of 1.98472 with a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05. And the variables of information and gift giving simultaneously have a significant effect on online purchases (Y) for Bukalapak application users in Pamijahan and Cibungbulang Districts in a Sharia Business Management Perspective. with a calculated F value of 103.7895 &gt; F table of 3.09. In an effort to improve the standard of living of the community, the Cibitung Wetan Village Government, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, established the Kahuripan Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes Kahuripan). In this research the author discusses the analysis of the sharia business management of BUMDes Kahuripan in empowering the community of Cibitung Wetan Village, through business and economic development. This descriptive qualitative research, with sharia business management analysis, resulted that efforts to implement the Kahuripan BUMDes business to improve the economic life of the community were relatively good. This can be seen from the running of the business owned by BUMDes Kahuripan. And this study aims to determine the production management pattern applied by Gunung Gagak coffee farmers in Purwabakti Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.</em> <em>This research is qualitative and data collection method by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. This data collection method was carried out on respondents, namely coffee farmers, local government and community leaders.</em> <em>Observations and documentation were carried out in the cultivation area of Gunung Gagak coffee plants, Purwabakti village, Pamijahan district. The analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive. Then e-commerce provides a new feature, namely paylater, namely buying products or goods that can be paid for next month or according to the proposed tempo, therefore it is in great demand by the public, especially the middle and lower classes so that it can make people fall into consumptive behavior. Based on the general description above, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of paylater on the consumptive behavior of the middle and lower classes in the study of fiqh muamalah. The research method used is the quantitative method. The data obtained from Google Forms were distributed to a number of respondents with the object under study and the sample results obtained from Google Forms were distributed to as many as 300 respondents. The variables of this research are Paylater (X1) , Riba (X2), Ownership (X3), and Consumptive Behavior (Y). To test the level of reliability using Croancbach's Alpha. With a significant level of 5%. The research used SPSS Version 25 tool. The results of this study state that: paylater variables (X1), usury (X2) and ownership (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of middle and lower class people with a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 (5%). Minimarket growth has mushroomed in various locations and has even penetrated into densely populated settlements, especially in the era of globalization and the rapid development of science. This has led to competition between modern grocery stalls and minimarkets. both of them have similarities in selling daily necessities, only the service model and facilities are different. Several previous studies have stated that the turnover of traditional warungs has decreased since the emergence of franchised minimarkets which began to shift the position of traditional stalls in Pamijahan District. This study aims to analyze the impact of modern minimarkets on grocery stalls, as well as analyze it from the perspective of maqashid sharia. The research used descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the research subject was in Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor district. The results of this study indicate that grocery shop business actors are affected by the existence of modern minimarkets seen from the decrease in daily turnover and the number of customers. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 342 respondents taken from the Pasarean Village Community and Ciasihan Village Community who use Shopee e-commerce and who carry out online transactions.
