The subjects of this study were Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Independent. In this study using comparative and quantitative analysis methods and using secondary data, namely financial reports and annual reports published in 2015-2019. The results of this study are that Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Mandiri have good financial performance when viewed through the CAR ratio while viewed through NPF and FDR, Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Mandiri have good financial performance. The type of research used in this thesis is a quantitative methode. The processed data is in the form of partial and simultaneous data. Data analysis techniques used in this study using observation and questionnaires, data processing using SPSS. Based on the result of the study, it showed that culture ((X1), social (X2), personal (X3), psychological (X4), reference (X5), economics(X6), had an effect on Public Interest in BJB Syariah KCP Jembatan Merah Gold Partners Financing. This is evidenced by the value of t count &gt; t table. Therefore ho is rejected and He is accepted. From the test results on the simultaneous research of cultural, social, personal, psychological, reference, and economic factors and real influence on people’s interest in gold partner financing. The number of samples is 71 respondents.</em> <em>The results of this study state that: service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction which can be seen in the results of path analysis, the results of the equation model 1 are Y = 15.223 + 0.509 X + 0.630 Z and the equation model 2 is Z = 4.227 + 0.909 X , while the results of the t test in model 1 obtained the value of sig. 0.009 &lt; 0.05 and t value 5.090 &gt; 1.99495, it means that there is a significant influence between Service Quality on credit re-taking while for consumer satisfaction with credit re-taking is 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and the t-value is 6.753 &gt; 1.99495 which means there is an influence which is significant between consumer satisfaction with credit re-taking and in model 2 the results of the t test with a value of sig. 0.000 &lt;0.05 and the t-count value is 11.916&gt; 1.99495, it means that there is a significant influence between Service Quality on customer satisfaction. Fintech Payment has a portion greater usage than other Financial Technology services. The use of these services has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic because it can reduce physical contact between buyers and sellers during transactions. In 2021 the use of the DANA, OVO and GOPAY applications will be the highest used fintech payment applications and have the largest users on the island of Java, namely Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta and East Java. Therefore an analysis is needed regarding the interest and utilization of financial technology-based applications. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors and perceptions of BPRS Amanah Ummah employees about their interest in using the application. This research uses quantitative survey method. The technique used in collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Convenience (X1), Perceived Usefulness (X2), and Perceived Trust (X3) influence the interest in using financial technology (fintech)-based applications (Y) by 70.1%. Meanwhile, the rest (29.9%) is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Perceived trust has a significant effect on interest in using financial technology (fintech)-based applications, while perceived convenience and perceived usefulness have no significant effect. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Qualitative method is a research method that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken results from people or behavior that can see and pay attention to a research result. With this research it can be concluded that the financing monitoring function at the BPRS Amanah Ummah is running well. The main objective of this study is to analyze customer behavior in taking financing at Islamic banks. This study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by library research, documentation study and observation. The results of this study prove that customer behavior has a positive and significant influence of 86.1% on Islamic banking policies. Lack of availability of capital for the agricultural sector will lead to a decrease in agricultural output. Therefore, the best alternative is the provision of capital in the form of Islamic bank financing for farmers in carrying out farming activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the interest of rice farmers in Pamijahan District (Pamijahan Village, Cibunian Village, and Ciasihan Village) towards financing in Islamic banks with quantitative methods, primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to a sample of 78 respondents. The results showed 5 independent variables consisting of promotion, knowledge, income, education level, religiosity, variables that can affect farmers' interest, namely the knowledge variable with a tcount value of 2,945 &gt; ttable 1,991. and the sig value is 0.004 &lt; 0.05.
