ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MASYARAKAT MENGAJUKAN PEMBIAYAAN DI BANK PEMBIAYAAN RAKYAT SYARIAH BOTANI DRAMAGA (STUDI KASUS KECAMATAN CIAMPEA KABUPATEN BOGOR)

Abstract

Basically, people who start a business tend not to have initial capital to start their business,
because the economic condition of the community in Ciampea Bogor District is still low, with the
existence of the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) to help people start their business and
develop what they want. they dream of owning a business by applying for sharia financing to a
BPRS, therefore a BPRS must be able to attract people to apply for sharia financing. Based on
religiosity, good service quality, public knowledge of the financial institution itself, low
administrative costs, attractive promotions, and can adjust the economic capacity of the
community. This research aims to analyze the factors of religiosity, service quality, public
knowledge, administrative costs, promotions and economic capacity to influence public interest
in applying for financing at BPRS Botani. This type of research is quantitative research and the
data collection method uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. Sampling amounted
to 75 respondents, the technique of determining the sample using simple random sampling
technique. The method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, t test, f test and
the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square). The results of this research indicate that
economic capacity has an effect on public interest in applying for financing at BPRS Botani.
Meanwhile, religiosity, service quality, public knowledge, administrative costs, and promotions
have no effect on public interest in applying for financing at BPRS Botani.
